Construction Safety Training

A training session was held at the Justice Training Center, organized by the German Business Association (Deutsche Wirtschaftsvereinigung -DWV) and Element Construction. The main event highlight was "The Construction Project Manager and Their Role in Construction Safety."

Trainers covered a range of key topics relevant to construction project managers and HSE managers:

• Ten steps to ensuring construction project safety
• The role of the construction project manager in     site safety
• Pre-construction safety preparations
• Six key principles of on-site safety and their     detailed implementation
• Fundamentals of safety: hazards and risks
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Safe operation of tools
• Specific safety measures for working at heights
• Fire prevention strategies
• Waste management and site cleanliness

Element Construction intends to conduct such activities regularly.
