Element Construction Launches the HISNI Development

Element Construction will undertake the construction of Biograpi Living’s large-scale development, HISNI.

At the initial stage of the project, a symbolic event was held on site, during which company representatives and future residents placed a time capsule into the foundation.

“We are pleased that the construction of HISNI will be carried out by such an experienced company as Element Construction. We already have a successful history of cooperation,” said Vasil Pkhakadze, Chief Executive Officer of Biograpi Living.

The complex consists of four towers, with a total project investment of USD 241 million.

“It is a great honor for Element Construction to be involved in a project of this scale and importance. HISNI represents a dynamic and vibrant environment — a place where healthy living, safety, and energy efficiency are prioritized,” noted Aleksandre Okroshidze, General Director of Element Construction.

HISNI is a 36-story multifunctional complex that brings together residential, office, and commercial spaces within a single environment. The development is being built in Isani, one of Tbilisi’s oldest and historically significant districts, which adds additional urban value to the project.
