“The Requirements for a Short Construction Timeline and High Quality Were Successfully Met” — Lisi Development on the Buknari Hotel Project

The television programme Business Morning featured the Buknari Hotel project delivered by Element Construction. The report highlighted the full scope of construction and fit-out works carried out by the company across more than 11,000 m².

Nika Khazaradze, CEO of Lisi Development, the project’s client, assessed the outcome of the collaboration. He said that two criteria were decisive for the company: a short construction timeline and high quality. “Together with Element Construction, we successfully met both requirements. We will actively consider working with Element Construction on future projects as well,” Khazaradze said.

Davit Tcholokava, Director of Element Construction, emphasised the scale of the project and the coordinated management of its different workstreams. “Hotel projects place particularly high demands on the quality of execution, attention to detail and coordination of works. Our task was to manage all these areas as one integrated process and deliver a result that meets international standards,” Tcholokava explained.

The completed Buknari Hotel adds another hospitality project to Element Construction’s portfolio, demonstrating the company’s ability to manage large-scale construction and fit-out works within a single, coordinated process.
