Cityzen's construction is in an active phase

Element Construction is a construction partner of one of the most prominent projects in Tbilisi, CITYZEN 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸.

The cooperation involves the construction of 3 buildings in a multifunctional complex, the total area of which is 103,109 sq m.

CITYZEN Central Park comprises four residential towers and a business tower designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects. The complex features 23,000 sq m. of recreational space, including a fitness center and swimming pool, children’s and sports playgrounds, retail areas and café-bars, art spaces, a lake, and more.

The investment volume of 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬𝗭𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 is 300 million US dollars.

Element Construction is executing the construction process on behalf of CITYZEN, a subsidiary of IG Development Georgia. Under the holding’s commission, Element Construction has successfully delivered several major projects, including the “Noste” poultry farms (two large-scale complexes), the hazelnut processing plant for IG AGRO, the West Invest enterprise (in Tbilisi and Kutaisi), etc.
