Fit-Out Works for an International Financial Institution’s Office

Element Construction has successfully completed the fit-out works for the International Financial Institution Tbilisi office. The project scope included MEP systems and FF&E.

Spanning 2,000 square meters, the office space is divided in to functionally distinct zones tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization while ensuring a comfortable working environment.

The interior design is distinguished by artworks from Georgian artists, showcasing various contemporary themes. This approach creates a unique fusion of modern design and local culture, offering a striking example of aesthetic and functional harmony.
