Element Construction launches another project for Libo Group

Following the successful completion of building a logistics center in 2023, the collaboration between Element Construction and Libo Group continues.

As Libo Group expands its operations and scale, the need for a new warehouse has emerged.

Notably, Element Construction not only manages the build construction but is also in charge of planning and designing the project itself. Construction is underway on a 8 400-square-meter site, and the warehouse space of 4,900 m2, using reinforced concrete precast structures, a method that is frequently applied in logistics center construction, for its known time and cost-effective benefits, while installation process enhances quality and operational performance by 50%. The method optimizes costs, minimizes risks, and provides structural and technological savings.
