Element Construction Completes Holiday Inn Express Project

Element Construction has completed the Holiday Inn Express project in Avlabari, one of the capital city’s historic districts.

The company’s scope of work included:

• Reinforced concrete structures
• Installation of interior partitions and ceilings
• Floor screeding and self-leveling floors
• Facade plastering and painting
• Facade thermal insulation

The hotel will be operated by the international management company Hotel Collection International (HCI). Scheduled to open this fall, the property will offer guests 123 rooms.
