Element Construction and m² Sign Partnership Agreement

Element Construction will build two residential buildings as part of the ongoing m² MIRTSKHULAVA project. The partnership agreement was signed by executives from both the construction and development companies, who also shared their goals for the collaboration.

High quality, respecting the deadlines, and safety regulations are what Element Construction is known for, and we are confident that our partnership will be successful,” said m² CEO Nikoloz Medzmariashvili.

The collaboration involves the construction of internationally standard-equipped, 24- and 25-story residential complexes covering a total area of 70,000 square meters.

Both Element Construction and m² have stated that, beyond these complexes, they are already in active negotiations on new projects.
