Element Construction enters the Uzbek market

Element Construction has officially began operations in Uzbekistan, according to company director Alexander Okroshidze, who announced it on the "Business Morning" program.

He revealed that the company already has an ongoing project in the realm of civil construction, involving the development of a multi-apartment residential complex. In Uzbekistan, Element Construction is collaborating with the local company Beltera Holding.

During his media appearance, Okroshidze also reflected on the company’s 2024 performance, highlighting significant growth in various areas. “Last year, Element Construction offered clients construction supervision and management services for the first time. The current project in this regard is the Caucasus University campus in Batumi. It’s worth noting that this service demands exceptional professionalism, compliance with international standards and specifications, as well as extensive experience and expertise,” he explained.

Looking ahead to 2025, the director outlined the company’s strategic vision, emphasizing that Element Construction remains committed to growth and the introduction of innovative services.
