Element Holding Appoints New Director

Zakro Ebelashvili has been named the new director of Element Holding. His appointment was based on an agreement between the Holding’s supervisory board and the partners of the C-TEAM company.

The agreement marks the next stage in the longstanding collaboration between the two companies. Over the past five years, with the involvement of C-TEAM founder David Kardava and his team, Element Holding has achieved several significant milestones:

  • Establishing and implementing a holding structure
  • Developing a long-term growth strategy
  • Introducing innovative business process management and KPI-based incentive systems
  • Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.

These initiatives at Element Holding were overseen by Zakro Ebelashvili on behalf of C-TEAM. Ebelashvili joined C-TEAM’s projects in 2019, after returning to Georgia. He holds a Master of Economics and financial analysis from the University of Palermo, Italy, and also studied at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Dubrovnik University in Croatia.

Under Ebelashvili’s leadership, a business plan was developed for Element Holding’s metal construction plant. Under the program “Produce in Georgia”, the necessary resources were secured for the factory’s construction and operations. “As a result, the holding’s competitive advantage in the industrial construction market was significantly strengthened. I’m confident that Zakro will continue to take effective steps toward the holding’s growth and success in the future,” said Element Holding founder Paata Chitorelidze.

By mutual agreement of the companies’ founders, Ebelashvili will remain a partner at C-Team and continue contributing to the company’s strategic development. Simultaneously, the C-Team will proceed with strategic, structural, and operational projects on a large scale within Element Holding.

Element Holding is one of the largest entities in Georgia’s construction sector. Its annual turnover exceeds 100 million GEL, and it employs over 500 people. The holding includes companies engaged in various construction-related activities, including well-known brands like Element Construction and ALL-P GROUP.
