Construction of a Hotel Apartment Complex in Atchara

In a prime location in Adjara, Element Construction is building a hotel apartment complex – Buknari.

The civil construction project spans 11,335 square meters. The initial phase covers a hotel complex with recreational zones, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, and a sports field. The apartments offer panoramic views of the sea and mountains, while the entire complex is just 10 meters from the seashore.

Element Construction is executing a project commissioned by LISI Development, which serves as the client.
