Sabauni: Element Construction Delivered Excellent Results

“Excellent—that’s how we’d describe both the process and the results of working with Element Construction,” says Vladimir Sakhelashvili, Advisor to the Rector of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.

According to him, the university received work of a quality exceeding current standards from the construction company.

As part of the collaboration, Element Construction provided full construction, fit-out works, and electrical engineering services for Sabauni’s student dormitory. The project was carried out on a 5,000 m² site.

The newly built campus features living spaces, exhibition areas, a sports hall, a cafeteria, and storage rooms—covering all the needs that make student life more engaging, diverse, and memorable.

The dormitory will open its doors to Sabauni students in September.
