Element Construction Builds MTIS Plant

 Element Construction has completed an industrial construction project for another Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia brand—MTIS.

The bottled water facility was built in Natakhtari on the Coca-Cola complex’s site at Mukhrani Valley. Spanning 6,700 square meters, the MTIS facility includes production zones, warehouse space, laboratories, and office areas.

During the construction process, Element Construction used prefabricated reinforced concrete structures to form the vertical walls and columns.

Currently, production line installation is underway at the plant. The facility is equipped with Italian-made machinery, ensuring production processes meet international standards.

Mtis is expected to be fully operational by August 2024, providing premium-quality products to multiple EU countries.

Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia obtained a 25-year license for water extraction in 2019. The creation of the MTIS water brand involved a €3,200,000 investment.
