One of the largest players in the logistics industry, GLC, entrusted Element Construction with building its warehouse using an innovative construction approach.

As part of the project, an independent warehouse facility was developed, fully aligned with international distribution standards. The warehouse spans 2,000 sq.m., with part of the construction—specifically, the column formation—executed using precast reinforced concrete structures.

The bottled water production facility was built in Natakhtari, within the Coca-Cola complex in Mukhrani Valley. Spanning 6,700 sq.m., the facility includes a production zone, warehouse space, laboratories, and office spaces.

Element Construction built the largest Coca-Cola production facility in the South Caucasus. The large-scale project was executed across multiple locations simultaneously, employing over 150 people. The construction company completed this regionally significant project in just nine months.

Element Construction was not only responsible for the execution but also for the architectural and structural design of the facility. The project was carried out in full compliance with GDP standard.

The pavilion aims to foster the development of the creative industry and attract global projects to Georgia.

The project took an innovative approach, being built entirely with precast reinforced concrete structures.

The ten-story building includes a restaurant, a sports field, and an indoor pool. The construction process is planned for an area of 11,335 m². The complex is located in Buknari, a unique location between the sea and the mountains, featuring a distinctive subtropical climate, just 7 minutes drive from Batumi.

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 has successfully completed the fit-out works for the International Financial Institution Tbilisi office. The project scope included 𝗠𝗘𝗣 systems and 𝗙𝗙&𝗘.

Element Construction completed the full renovation work for the Girteka’s, one of Europe's largest logistics companies. The project was carried out with full compliance with international standards, commissioned by LLC Ibercompany Holding.

The "Chateau Mukhrani Production Building" was carried out at the request of JSC Chateau Mukhrani from September 2017 to January 2018. The project building was a one-story structure with a basement floor, cantilevered balconies on both sides, and a flat roof. The building has several entrances. Additionally, according to the client’s technological requirements, a finished product warehouse was arranged on the underground floor.

Element Construction completed the renovation work for Terminal Towers, the largest co-working space in the region.

Element Construction, commissioned by Terminal LLC, carried out the renovation works for the Saburtalo branch of the co-working space.

The Merani shopping gallery spans 4 floors and is part of a multifunctional complex featuring offices, a restaurant with beautiful views, a modern design square, and parking. The shopping gallery houses stores of both local and international brands.‍

Element Construction completed the full construction and renovation service for the McDonald's located in the center of Kutaisi, on David Agmashenebeli Square, within 4 months.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Element Construction built the first McDonald's facility in Europe, fully adhering to regulations. The construction process was completed in four months, with full compliance to the pandemic regulations.

The reconstruction and construction project of the McDonald's Saburtalo was exceptionally interesting and challenging. The process was carried out without interrupting the restaurant's operations, with construction happening in parallel.

Another facility built by Element Construction for the American brand is located on Cosmonauts Embankment in Tbilisi.

Element Construction designed and built another Wendy’s restaurant as part of the American fast-food chain.

In 2022, Element Constructions built a new-format Wendy’s restaurant. The project was part of the American restaurant chain’s 2023 concept, featuring a distinct architectural style, design, and advanced technologies.

Zugdidi, Chiatura, Akhalkalaki, Mtskheta – Element Construction designed and built public school buildings in various regions of Georgia. The works were commissioned by the "Municipal Development Fund of Georgia."

Element Constructions built a large-scale parking facility in the village of Kobi, Kazbegi Municipality, near the cableway connecting to Gudauri.

In 2019, ELEMENT CONSTRUCTION completed the work on the BAKHVI 3 HPP.

In 2016, Element Construction completed the work on the KINTRISHI HPP. The company provided the construction and fit-out works on the facility.

Element Construction is actively working on the West Invest factory and cold storage facility project.The industrial construction is taking place in the village of Didi Jikhaishi, Imereti, on a 1,944 sq.m. area.

Element Constructions built the Global Pharma Solutions logistics center in compliance with GDP standards.

The uniqueness of the multi-apartment residential building is determined by its location. It is directly adjacent to the Zugdidi Botanical Garden and the Dadiani Palace.

Element Constructions built a multifunctional complex for the pharmaceutical company Impexpharm, with 24 years of experience in the local market.

The Georgian construction mix manufacturer Formula operates a production facility covering 2,224 m². Of this, 580 m² is given to office and production space, 144 m² serves as a sand storage area, and 1,500 m² is an outdoor zone.

Commissioned by Agroline, the industrial construction in the Kakheti region covered 3,600 m² and was completed in a record time of just three months, allowing the plant to start operations ahead of schedule.

Following the successful completion of the logistics center in 2023, the collaboration between Element Construction and Libo Group continues.

Industrial construction took place on a 6,000 m² area, with the warehouse building covering 2,400 m².

The Winery Binekhi complex stands out with its modern industrial architecture. A significant part of the building is dedicated to the production facility and laboratory, while exhibition and tasting areas are available for visitors. One of the most fascinating parts of the complex is undoubtedly the wine cellar.

As part of the project, Element Construction designed and built a new warehouse for EFES Georgia using reinforced concrete precast structures.

Element Construction designed and built the new facility for Wine Kakheti. In addition to the design-build, the construction company also carried out the installation of the necessary infrastructure for the winery.

The construction of Wine Kakheti's winery took place in Telavi, on a 6,000 sq.m. site. It is notable that Element Construction also provided the client with the structural design of the project.

The construction of Alfa Pets' warehouse took place in the village of Misaktsieli, Mtskheta Municipality, on a 2,500 sq.m. site. The project was carried out by Element Construction, named the leading industrial construction company (N1), adhering to the set deadlines and specifications of the warehouse building.

The construction of the hazelnut processing plant in Zugdidi took place on a 10,105 square meter area, with the building itself covering 2,730 square meters. It is noteworthy that Element Construction was responsible for the project's structural solutions.

The blueberry processing plant project stands out for its scale. Golden Farms' facility includes both cold storage and the necessary space for the processing line. Element Construction completed the building works within tight deadlines, making several adjustments that benefited the client during the process.

The industrial construction project in Tbilisi covered an area of 3,833 square meters and adhered to the latest standards and specifications of the distribution sector. As part of the project, a full reconstruction of the existing drinking and firefighting water reservoirs on the site was also accomplished.

The project concept involves the development of dry port infrastructure for container, rail, road, and storage operations. According to the plan, the port will serve not only Georgia but also become a logistics hub for the region.
