Element Construction built the largest Coca-Cola production facility in the South Caucasus. The large-scale project was executed across multiple locations simultaneously, employing over 150 people. The construction company completed this regionally significant project in just nine months.

Element Construction was not only responsible for the execution but also for the architectural and structural design of the facility. The project was carried out in full compliance with GDP standard.

The ten-story building includes a restaurant, a sports field, and an indoor pool. The construction process is planned for an area of 11,335 m². The complex is located in Buknari, a unique location between the sea and the mountains, featuring a distinctive subtropical climate, just 7 minutes drive from Batumi.

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 has successfully completed the fit-out works for the International Financial Institution Tbilisi office. The project scope included 𝗠𝗘𝗣 systems and 𝗙𝗙&𝗘.

Element Construction completed the full renovation work for the Girteka’s, one of Europe's largest logistics companies. The project was carried out with full compliance with international standards, commissioned by LLC Ibercompany Holding.

The management of Holiday Inn Express is handled by the international company Hotel Collection International (HCI). The hotel offers 123 rooms to visitors. For guests, a spacious conference hall and a landscaped inner yard are available. In addition to the 6 floors, the property includes one underground floor.

After the construction of the regional significance Coca-Cola factory, Element Construction began the construction of the brand's headquarters.

The "Chateau Mukhrani Production Building" was carried out at the request of JSC Chateau Mukhrani from September 2017 to January 2018. The project building was a one-story structure with a basement floor, cantilevered balconies on both sides, and a flat roof. The building has several entrances. Additionally, according to the client’s technological requirements, a finished product warehouse was arranged on the underground floor.

Element Construction completed the renovation work for Terminal Towers, the largest co-working space in the region.

The hotel is located in Gudauri, offering stunning mountain views.

Element Construction, commissioned by Terminal LLC, carried out the renovation works for the Saburtalo branch of the co-working space.

The building's design stands out for its originality, harmoniously mirroring the contours of the mountains. The five-story hotel includes 20 rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, an indoor parking area, and 4 terraces. The total area of the property is 1,600m².‍

Telavi Mall will be located on a 15,749 m² area. The commercial space will feature both local and international brands. Element Construction is carrying out the construction commissioned by MP Development.

The Merani shopping gallery spans 4 floors and is part of a multifunctional complex featuring offices, a restaurant with beautiful views, a modern design square, and parking. The shopping gallery houses stores of both local and international brands.‍

Sky Plaza is the first construction project by Element Construction.

Element Construction completed the full construction and renovation service for the McDonald's located in the center of Kutaisi, on David Agmashenebeli Square, within 4 months.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Element Construction built the first McDonald's facility in Europe, fully adhering to regulations. The construction process was completed in four months, with full compliance to the pandemic regulations.

The reconstruction and construction project of the McDonald's Saburtalo was exceptionally interesting and challenging. The process was carried out without interrupting the restaurant's operations, with construction happening in parallel.

Another facility built by Element Construction for the American brand is located on Cosmonauts Embankment in Tbilisi.

Element Construction designed and built another Wendy’s restaurant as part of the American fast-food chain.

In 2022, Element Constructions built a new-format Wendy’s restaurant. The project was part of the American restaurant chain’s 2023 concept, featuring a distinct architectural style, design, and advanced technologies.

Zugdidi, Chiatura, Akhalkalaki, Mtskheta – Element Construction designed and built public school buildings in various regions of Georgia. The works were commissioned by the "Municipal Development Fund of Georgia."

Element Constructions built a large-scale parking facility in the village of Kobi, Kazbegi Municipality, near the cableway connecting to Gudauri.

In 2019, ELEMENT CONSTRUCTION completed the work on the BAKHVI 3 HPP.

Sergeli Residence is Element Construction's first international project. It was located in the city of Sergeli, Uzbekistan.

The collaboration on the m² Mirtskhulava project includes the construction of two 24- and 25-story residential complexes equipped to international standards, covering an area of 70,000 m².

The Archi Varketili 2 project covers an 18-story building and 330 apartments. The residential complex is equipped with a three-level parking facility. The project also includes recreational zones.

Commissioned by Vista Development, a multi-apartment residential building was constructed in Vake.

The construction was commissioned by Binadari. Prior to this project, in 2017, Element Construction built a multi-apartment residential building on Tsagereli Street at the request of the development company. The quality of the work performed led to subsequent successful collaborations.

One of the successful projects in civil construction was commissioned by Solum Development.The 9-story building is located in Tbilisi, specifically in the Gldani district. The project includes a parking system and a recreational area surrounding the building.‍

In 2016, Element Construction completed the work on the KINTRISHI HPP. The company provided the construction and fit-out works on the facility.

Dadiani N100 stands out with its refined architecture, effective views, and versatile location.

From both design and construction perspectives, Element Constructions is launching the development of a logistics center in Tserovani, spanning 232,635 sq.m.

Element Construction worked on the project in both civil construction and renovation. The process took place on a 4,600 m² area.

The uniqueness of the multi-apartment residential building is determined by its location. It is directly adjacent to the Zugdidi Botanical Garden and the Dadiani Palace.

Following the successful completion of the logistics center in 2023, the collaboration between Element Construction and Libo Group continues.

Industrial construction took place on a 6,000 m² area, with the warehouse building covering 2,400 m².

The Eurotrade complex includes both a warehouse and an office part. In addition to industrial construction, “Element Construction” also includes the interior design of the facility.

“Element Construction” continues the construction of industrial facilities. Depending on the advantages of the product, most of them are made using Reinforced concrete precast structures

As part of the project, Element Construction designed and built a new warehouse for EFES Georgia using reinforced concrete precast structures.

Element Construction designed and built the new facility for Wine Kakheti. In addition to the design-build, the construction company also carried out the installation of the necessary infrastructure for the winery.

Element Construction built 15 facilities for the Noste poultry farm in just 3.5 months, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with HACCP standards.
