The company has developed a quality policy, which is being updated annually. The management team ensures compliance with this document and monitors the effectiveness of the policy and related initiatives. However, the implementation of the quality assurance policy is a shared responsibility of every team member at Element Construction.
The company holds an ISO 9001:2015 certification, which excludes various risks in the construction process. This international quality management standard ensures consistency in construction, organizational structure, business process management, and legal aspects. It also guarantees continuous improvement in service delivery.
Element Construction has obtained certification through the Swiss organization Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), a global leader in inspection, testing, and certification services.
