Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University is an authorized Higher Educational Institution, founded by Bishop Giuseppe Pasotto, the Apostolic Administrator of Latin Catholics in Caucasus in 2001 as the Institute of Philosophy, Theology, History and Culture.
Since its inception, the University has successfully collaborated with European and American universities, has exchange programs for students, professors and staff, is a member of several international university associations, and enjoys exclusive scholarship and institutional international support.
The University is accredited and all educational programs are accredited. A state-recognized diploma is issued.
