merlons specializes in the import anddistribution of interior and exterior finishing materials and home furniture in Georgia.

The company was founded in 2011 by Sharmi Group and soon obtained exclusivedistribution rights for its first international brand, VitrA.

In 2012, VitrA branded showroomsopened in Tbilisi and Batumi. With modern showrooms and a dynamic project salesteam, VitrA Georgia quickly earned thetrust of customers in both residential and commercial projects.

By 2024, in addition to VitrA, merlons had established a separate showroomand represented more than ten international brands on the Georgian market.

In 2025, merlons entered a new stage ofdevelopment by expanding its business activities and opening a new furniture and lighting showroom.The showroom features a diverse selection of collections from internationallyrenowned brands, including Pedrali, Bolia, Viokef andothers.
