Health, Safety, and Environment Policy
Element Construction considers the effective management and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environment (HSE) systems an integral part of its daily operations.
The company prioritizes the health and safety of its employees and all individuals directly or indirectly involved in its activities. Accordingly, within the framework of its HSE program, based on the ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, the company continuously implements health, safety, and environmental programs aimed at eliminating injuries, illnesses, accidents, incidents, and any environmental damage.
Element Construction is certified under ISO 45001:2018, a standard for the proper functioning of occupational health and safety management systems. Its primary goal is to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses.
The company has obtained certification through the Swiss organization Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), a global leader in inspection, testing, and certification services.
