CITYZEN Central Park comprises four residential towers and a business tower designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects.

Element Construction is implementing the industrial project with precast reinforced concrete structures and also serves as the design author.

Construction supervision and management services – Within the framework of this service, Element Construction is overseeing the implementation of the Caucasus University Campus project. The facility is located in Batumi and spans a total area of 15,500 square meters.

The ten-story building includes a restaurant, a sports field, and an indoor pool. The construction process is planned for an area of 11,335 m². The complex is located in Buknari, a unique location between the sea and the mountains, featuring a distinctive subtropical climate, just 15 minutes drive from Batumi.

Telavi Mall will be located on a 15,749 m² area. The commercial space will feature both local and international brands. Element Construction is carrying out the construction commissioned by MP Development.

Sergeli Residence is Element Construction's first international project. It was located in the city of Sergeli, Uzbekistan.

The collaboration on the m² Mirtskhulava project includes the construction of two 24- and 25-story residential complexes equipped to international standards, covering an area of 70,000 m².
